under the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Italian Republic, or any other jurisdiction.
At this stage, SaudItal Business Chamber is not registered, licensed, or recognised by any Saudi authority and does not hold any legal, institutional, or public status in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any references on this website to activities, services, cooperation, or initiatives are provided exclusively on a private, non-institutional basis and shall not be interpreted as implying public authority, regulatory approval, or official endorsement by Saudi or Italian governmental bodies.
The project is currently in a pre-establishment phase and may seek registration as a Non-Profit Company (NPC) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to full compliance with applicable Saudi laws and the issuance of all required licences and approvals by the competent authorities.
Until such registration and licensing are formally completed, SaudItal Business Chamber operates solely as a private initiative without legal personality, institutional mandate, or public authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Identity & Transparency
SaudItal Business Chamber is a private and independent initiative based in Riyadh, currently in the pre-establishment phase. Its mission is to:
- Facilitate bilateral cooperation between Italy and Saudi Arabia
- Foster dialogue between Italian and Saudi companies and institutions
- Promote Made in Italy and business opportunities aligned with Saudi Vision 2030
- Encourage cultural promotion and knowledge exchange between the two countries
The project has been operational since 2025 as a business and cultural platform connecting Italy and Saudi Arabia. Its activities are supported by the stable and ongoing presence in the Kingdom of the Project Lead and Secretary General, Dr Davide La Torre, who brings over twenty years of international experience and specific expertise developed within the network of Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad, including his role as Commercial Director of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Barcelona.
SaudItal Business Chamber’s primary focus is on Italian companies seeking to enter or expand in the Saudi market and capitalise on the opportunities offered by Vision 2030, as well as on Saudi companies interested in the excellence of Made in Italy.
Our strategic objective is to be recognised as the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Saudi Arabia.
